Twenty-eight nutrients in one small tablet
This formula for adult men combines 28 vitamins and minerals, including iron, copper, iodine, biotin, magnesium, zinc, calcium, choline, folic acid, selenium and boron, along with vitamins A, C, B6, B12, D3 and K2. The iron is supplied as ferrous fumarate and the vitamin E as d-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate.
One a day, with no powders or liquids
You take a single small tablet daily, ideally with a meal, which suits anyone who prefers not to mix powders or measure liquids. The tablets are coated with a glaze of polydextrose, HPMC and guar gum, and Horbäach states they are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Six months in one pouch
The 180 tablets come in a pouch of about 4.7 x 14.5 x 23 cm, giving around half a year of supply at one a day. Packaging is being updated, so the design may differ from the photos.
How to use
Adults take one tablet a day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the stated dose.
