Omega-3 High ConcentrateSwanson Vitamins Omega-3 High Concentrate, 120 Mini Softgels

A concentrated fish oil in a smaller softgel

Swanson says these Omega-3 Minis are about 50% smaller than standard softgels and are designed to be easy to swallow. The brand also states each serving provides twice the EPA and DHA found in a standard fish oil product, and that the softgels have no fishy odour or aftertaste.

Coating and ingredients

The softgels use an enteric aqueous film coating and are made from gelatin, glycerin and purified water. The fish oil is sourced under the AlaskOmega name, and the label states it contains fish (Alaska pollock) and sulphites.

Pack size

At two softgels a day the 120 count bottle lasts 60 days.
