If the problem is our fault, your Royal Mail QR code is free. For other returns, choose your own postage or a QR code costing £3.50, deducted from your refund. We will confirm the arrangements when approving your request. Selecting an option does not issue a label or charge you now. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
