Each capsule pairs Echinacea purpurea from the aerial parts, the stems, leaves and flowers above ground, with a 4:1 goldenseal root extract. The goldenseal is 56.25 mg of extract, equivalent to 225 mg of root, so both herbs come in at a matching 225 mg.
