Berberine is a compound produced naturally by plants, and this formula features the branded Berbevis form. Swanson also includes grapeseed extract, pea protein and sunflower lecithin among the other ingredients, in a vegan hypromellose capsule.

Each capsule is labelled at 550 mg and the bottle holds 30. At the suggested two capsules a day, one bottle lasts about 15 days.

How to use

Take one vegan capsule twice a day, with a meal and water.
