Prenatal DHANordic Naturals Prenatal DHA, Strawberry, 90 Soft Gels

What each serving contains

A serving is two soft gels, and the label lists 830 mg of omega-3 for that amount. The oil is purified deep sea fish oil from anchovies, sardines, mackerel and herring, presented in triglyceride form inside a gelatin soft gel.

Flavour and format

Nordic Naturals gives these soft gels a strawberry flavour and says they are made to avoid a fishy aftertaste. A bottle holds 90 soft gels, which is 45 servings at the label amount of two a day.

Testing and sourcing notes

The manufacturer states that the fish oil is third-party purity tested, Non-GMO tested by Igen and certified sustainable by Friend of the Sea. The label also states that it contains no gluten, milk derivatives or synthetic dyes.

How to use

Adults take two soft gels daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
