A standardised extract with listed anthocyanidins

Each serving gives 80mg of a 100:1 bilberry fruit extract, standardised to 25% anthocyanidins, which works out at 20mg per serving. Anthocyanins are the pigments that give bilberries their deep purple colour. The ingredient list names the source fruit as Vaccinium uliginosum.

Two capsules with a meal

The serving is two capsules a day, taken with food. The capsule shell is hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, so the capsules are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and are intended for adult men and women. The manufacturer states each bottle lasts over two months.
