Extract from the French maritime pine
The bark used here comes from Pinus pinaster, the maritime pine native to the Mediterranean region. Alongside the extract, the capsules contain only brown rice flour, a plant-based capsule shell and magnesium stearate as an anti-caking agent.
Small capsules, two a day
The daily dose is two quick-release capsules, taken with a meal. Horbaach describes the capsules as small and easy to swallow, with no unpleasant aftertaste, which helps if you find larger tablets awkward. The pack measures about 7.3 x 7.3 x 13.3 cm.
