These are chewable tablets, not gummies, and they are sweetened with sorbitol instead of sugar. The magnesium comes as buffered magnesium citrate, made from magnesium salts of citric acid with magnesium oxide.
Two months in each bottle
The daily serving is two tablets, so a bottle of 120 lasts about 60 days. It measures roughly 6 x 6 x 11 cm and is best kept in a cool, dry, dark cupboard.
Suitable for plant-based diets
The tablets are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Natural flavouring and citric acid give them their tropical berry taste.
