Plant and marine oils in one softgel
Supreme Omega blends non-GMO borage seed, flaxseed and fish oil into a 1,200 mg softgel. The fish oil comes from anchovy and sardine. Alongside 120 mg of EPA and 80 mg of DHA, each softgel yields 178 mg of alpha linolenic acid, 171.6 mg of linoleic acid, 145 mg of oleic acid and 72.8 mg of gamma linolenic acid.
Omega-3, 6 and 9 together
Combining the three oils means one softgel covers omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids rather than fish oil alone. Each softgel also provides 6.7 mg of vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol. The label lists it as gluten free and soy free.
Flexible serving and pack size
You can take one to three softgels a day with food, so the 90-softgel bottle lasts from one to three months. The bottle measures roughly 13.5 x 7.2 x 7.1 cm.
