Two blends in one capsule formula

Clear G.I. pairs a Balance & Capture blend with a Soothe & Replenish blend. The first provides 1,395 mg per serving of Fibersol-2 soluble fibre, psyllium seed husk, FOS (fructooligosaccharides), flaxseed meal and apple pectin. The second includes N-acetyl glucosamine sourced from shrimp and crab, plus peppermint, chamomile and aloe vera leaf extract. The label lists it as gluten free.

Taken between meals

The daily amount is four capsules, taken between meals rather than with food. DaVinci notes the four capsules can be split through the day, so you can take two in the morning and two later on if that is easier.

The bottle holds 120 capsules, which is 30 servings of four, or a month's supply at the label amount. It measures about 11.7 x 6.4 x 6.4 cm.

How to use

Take four capsules daily between meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. The daily amount can be divided through the day.
