Resveratrol from Polygonum cuspidatum

The resveratrol comes from Polygonum cuspidatum extract, standardised to 25% so that each 200 mg of extract yields 50 mg of trans-resveratrol. The capsule's other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose and vegetarian leucine. DaVinci Laboratories lists it as vegetarian and gluten free.

One or two capsules a day

The label allows one capsule once or twice daily, so you can choose a single morning capsule or split two through the day. There are no specific mealtime instructions on the label.
