Each two-capsule serving provides 750 mg of Perna canaliculus (green-lipped mussel), 450 mg of glucosamine sulfate sodium and 250 mg of methylsulfonylmethane (MSM). It also includes 2.5 mg of manganese as manganese citrate and 5-Loxin, a branded Boswellia serrata gum resin extract. Lemon juice powder is added for flavour, and the label lists the capsules as gluten free.
