Product details
Fish oil and borage seed oil in small soft gels
Complete Omega Junior blends EPA and DHA omega-3s from fish oil with borage seed oil. The label lists 283 mg of omega-3 and 35 mg of GLA per serving of two soft gels. The soft gels are small and lemon flavoured, and the manufacturer states there is no fishy aftertaste.
Sourcing and testing
The fish oil comes from anchovies, sardines, mackerel and herring and is processed in Norway. The manufacturer states it is third-party purity tested, Friend of the Sea certified sustainable and Non-GMO tested, and that the omega-3s are in triglyceride form.
What comes in the pack
You get 180 mini soft gels in a long-lasting bottle, which is about three months at the label serving of two soft gels a day. The formula is free from gluten, milk derivatives and synthetic dyes.
How to use
For children aged 6 and over, take two soft gels daily with food, or as directed by a health care professional.
