Omega-3 Fish Oil Triple StrengthSports Research Omega-3 Fish Oil Triple Strength, 60 Softgels

How it compares

The manufacturer compares this with standard fish oil softgels, which it says contain only 10-30% omega-3. The softgel shell is made from fish gelatin (tilapia-sourced), vegetable glycerin and purified water, with tocopherols added. The oil is made in the USA with ingredients of domestic and international origin.

Quality marks on the label

The manufacturer labels it gluten-free, non-GMO tested, wild caught and BPA-free, and lists Igen Non-GMO testing, third-party IFOS testing, cGMP compliance and Friend of the Sea certification. The fish oil is sourced from Norway.

Adults take one softgel daily with food, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.
