Organic MCT Oil Keto C8Sports Research Organic MCT Oil Keto C8, 473 ml (16 fl oz)

A single-ingredient liquid oil

The only ingredient is organic MCT oil, produced from organic coconut oil without chemicals or hexane, according to Sports Research. It is a pourable liquid that can be stirred into coffee or blended into shakes.

Ways to use it in the kitchen

The brand positions it as an alternative to seed oils or butter in recipes that do not need heat, and it is not intended for frying because of its low smoke point. It is the C8 (caprylic acid) type of MCT.

Certifications and pack

The manufacturer states that the oil is USDA Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, certified vegan, gluten free and third-party tested. The bottle holds 473 ml (16 fl oz).

Before you choose
