Each serving combines organic hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides (Type I and III) with organic matcha green tea leaf powder sourced from Japan. The matcha brings naturally occurring caffeine and L-theanine, and levels may vary.

The powder is designed to mix into hot milk or water for a matcha latte or tea, and it also works in protein shakes and smoothies. Collagen can clump in cold liquid, so mix it into room-temperature liquid first and then add ice.

How to use
