Marine Collagen Complex Sports Research Marine Collagen Complex, Unflavoured, 164 g (5.8 oz)

Marine collagen with added nutrients

Marine Collagen Complex is built around 5 g of marine collagen, types I and III, from wild-caught fish. The manufacturer also adds hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and biotin to the formula. The fish source is listed as wild-caught red snapper and/or barramundi.

An unflavoured powder that mixes in water

The powder is unflavoured and mixes easily in water, making it simple to add to a drink or meal. Sports Research notes it will clump in cold water, so it suggests stirring into room-temperature liquid first, then adding ice, or using a shaker cup.

Label credentials

The label lists the product as gluten free, dairy free, keto certified and Non-GMO tested through Igen, and states it is third-party tested and cGMP compliant. It is made in the USA and sold by weight, so the contents can settle.

How to use

Adults combine 1 scoop with a drink or meal once daily and mix thoroughly, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional. The scoop averages 5.4 g. The powder clumps in cold water, so mix it into a room-temperature liquid first and then add ice, or use a shaker cup.
