Vitamin D3Sports Research Vitamin D3 125 mcg (5,000 IU), 360 Softgels

Vitamin D3 in an oil-based softgel

Each softgel is a gelatin shell filled with coconut MCT oil and vitamin D3, and the directions are to take it with food. At one softgel a day, the 360-count bottle is enough for close to a year.

What the label says

The label describes this as an extra-strength formula compared with the brand's 50 mcg vitamin D3. It is listed as gluten free, Igen non-GMO tested, third-party tested and cGMP compliant, which are the manufacturer's own statements.

How to use

Adults take one softgel daily with food, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional. Do not consume with other high-dose vitamin D supplements. Store at room temperature in a dry place, protected from excessive heat, freezing, humidity and light. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.

Before you choose

Contains tree nuts (coconut). Keep out of reach of pets as well as children. The label says it is intended for people who do not obtain the reference intake of vitamin D through their daily diet. Check with a qualified healthcare professional first if you are pregnant, nursing, have a diagnosed medical condition or take prescription medication. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision.
