L-arginine and L-citrulline together

This complex combines the amino acids L-arginine and L-citrulline in one tablet, labelled at 1,000 mg. Source Naturals describes L-arginine as a precursor for nitric oxide and L-citrulline as helping the body clear ammonia, a by-product of exercise.

Tablet details

Other ingredients are stearic acid, maltodextrin, hydroxypropyl cellulose, modified cellulose gum and silica. The label lists no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, soy, wheat, preservatives, or artificial colour, flavour or fragrance. The pack holds 120 tablets.

How to use

Take 1 tablet four times daily. Store in a cool, dry place.
