Magtein Magnesium L-ThreonateSource Naturals Magtein Magnesium L-Threonate, 180 Capsules

Magnesium in the L-threonate form

Magtein is a branded form of magnesium L-threonate, and this listing is labelled at 667 mg. The brand points to preliminary and preclinical research on the ingredient, so check the supplement facts panel on your pack for the elemental magnesium per serving.

Capsules and step-up dosing

The capsules are gelatin, with maltodextrin, magnesium stearate and silica, and the brand states there are no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, soy or wheat ingredients and no preservatives or artificial colour, flavour or fragrance. The suggested routine builds up gradually from one capsule a day to three, so a bottle of 180 capsules lasts 60 days at the full dose.

How to use

Take 3 capsules daily, preferably in divided doses. Start with 1 capsule daily and gradually increase to 3 capsules daily.
