Each softgel provides 360 mg of EPA and 240 mg of DHA, which NOW describes as twice the EPA of its regular-strength product at 180 mg. The fish oil is a molecularly distilled concentrate made under the brand's quality control standards.

Sourcing, testing and capsule details

The manufacturer states the oil is tested to be free of potentially harmful levels of contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins, mercury and other heavy metals. The fish oil comes from Peru and Morocco, and the softgel shell is bovine gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegetarians.

How to use
