Product details

A patented form of magnesium

Magnesium is an essential dietary mineral. Magtein is a patented form of magnesium, magnesium L-threonate, and NOW Foods offers it here as a single-ingredient capsule.

What comes in the pack

The pack holds 90 vegetarian capsules with a cellulose shell. The suggested amount is three capsules a day, one in the morning and two about two hours before sleep, which makes the pack a 30-day supply.

Quality information

The manufacturer states the product is non-GMO, made and quality tested in the USA with globally sourced ingredients and produced in a GMP facility. It is labelled vegetarian and vegan.

How to use

Take three capsules daily in divided doses: one capsule in the morning and two capsules two hours before sleep.

Before you choose

Natural colour variation may occur. Store in a cool, dry place after opening. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision.
