NOW Cod Liver Oil is an extra-strength softgel that contains the omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), along with vitamins A and D-3. Cod liver oil has a long history of traditional use.

Softgel and pack details

The softgel shell is made of BSE-free bovine gelatin, glycerin and water, so it is not vegetarian. NOW Foods lists the product as non-GMO, kosher (contains gelatin) and GMP quality assured, packaged and quality tested in the USA, and the bottle holds 180 softgels.

How to use

Take 1 softgel daily with a meal.

This product contains fish (cod). For adults only. The label advises consulting a physician if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
