The co-enzyme form of B12

Methylcobalamin is the co-enzyme form of vitamin B-12. NOW explains that dietary sources of B-12 are almost exclusively animal-based, such as meat and dairy, so strict vegetarians may be interested in a supplement. This version is non-animal derived.

Capsule and allergen details

The cellulose capsule is hypromellose, with rice flour, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid from a vegetable source and silicon dioxide. NOW labels it hypoallergenic and non-GMO, and it is produced in a GMP facility that also processes other ingredients containing common allergens.
