Magnesium Liquid Concentrate Eidon Ionic Minerals Magnesium Liquid Concentrate, 60 ml (2 fl oz)

A drop-dosed magnesium concentrate

This is a liquid mineral concentrate that is measured in drops, so it can be added to a glass of water rather than swallowed as a tablet. The brand describes it as naturally derived, gluten free and vegan. The only other ingredient listed is de-ionised water.

Simple label, flexible use

The label says there is no sugar, starch, artificial flavour, colour, preservatives or animal by-products. It also notes the liquid can be applied topically. The 60 ml dropper bottle is easy to store and keep with other daily items.

How to use

Take 30 drops (2 dropper squeezes) per day in water. The label gives 15 drops for children under five. It can also be applied topically.
