MaxCalm Relaxing Drink Mix Natural Vitality MaxCalm Relaxing Drink Mix, Sweet Lemon, 453 g (16 oz)

A fizzing magnesium drink in sweet lemon

This is a powder that you stir into water to make a fizzy, lemon-flavoured drink. The formula pairs magnesium citrate, made from citric acid and magnesium carbonate, with magnesium glycinate in ionic form. It is flavoured with organic flavour and sweetened with organic stevia leaf extract.

Quick to prepare hot or cold

A serving is about two teaspoons (4 g) of powder. You can dissolve it in a little hot water first and then top up with warm or cold water, or shake it straight into a bottle of cold water when you are out and about.

What the label says about it

The label describes the mix as vegan, gluten free, sugar free and free of artificial colour, and shows Certified RAW and Certified Clean marks. It is sold by weight, so some settling in the tub is normal.

How to use

Pour about 2 teaspoons (4 g) of powder into a glass or mug, add 2-3 oz of hot water and stir until dissolved, then top up with warm or cold water. Alternatively, add it to a bottle of cold water and shake.
