MaxCalm Relaxing Drink MixNatural Vitality MaxCalm Relaxing Drink Mix, Orange, 227 g (8 oz)

Two forms of magnesium

MaxCalm combines magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate, in ionic form, in a pH-balanced powder. Natural Vitality states that these two forms are better absorbed than magnesium oxide.

A fizzy drink mix

The powder fizzes in hot water and is then topped up with warm or cold water, or shaken into a bottle of cold water for a quick drink. It is flavoured with organic flavour and sweetened with organic stevia leaf extract.

How to use

For the fastest preparation, stir about 2 teaspoons (4 g) of powder into 2 to 3 oz (about 60 to 90 ml) of hot water in a glass or mug and let it fizz. Stir until dissolved, then top up with warm or cold water. Alternatively, add it to a bottle of cold water and shake.
