MaxCalm Magnesium Gummies Natural Vitality MaxCalm Magnesium Gummies, Raspberry-Lemon, 120 Count

Two forms of magnesium in one chew

MaxCalm gummies combine magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate, which the manufacturer describes as better absorbed than magnesium oxide. They are labelled vegan and gluten-free, and are sweetened with organic tapioca syrup and organic sugar, with inulin and agar in the recipe.

Serving by age

The label directs 1 gummy daily for children aged 4 to 12, and up to 4 gummies a day for children aged 13 and over and adults. Children should chew them under adult supervision, and the label suggests discussing any supplement a child takes with their paediatrician.

How to use

Children aged 4 to 12: 1 gummy daily. Children aged 13 and over and adults: up to 4 gummies a day. Take only as directed.
