MaxCalm Relaxing Drink MixNatural Vitality MaxCalm Relaxing Drink Mix, Unflavoured, 453 g (16 oz)

Two magnesium forms in one powder

MaxCalm is built from two magnesium forms: pH-balanced magnesium citrate, created from citric acid and magnesium carbonate, and magnesium glycinate in ionic form. The brand describes it as vegan and sugar free with no artificial colour, and it lists Non GMO Project Verified, Certified RAW and Certified C.L.E.A.N. marks.

Mixing and measuring

The powder fizzes when it meets hot water, and you then top it up with warm or cold water. You can also shake it with cold water in a bottle. The brand notes that its household measure is an approximation, so it suggests weighing the serving for a more precise amount. Contents are sold by weight, so some settling may occur.

How to use

Pour approximately 2 teaspoons (4 g) of powder into a glass or mug, add 2-3 oz (60-90 ml) of hot water and let it fizz, then stir until dissolved and top up with warm or cold water. For a quicker option, add the powder to a bottle of cold water and shake.
