Liquid Magnesium with Trace MineralsNOW Foods Liquid Magnesium with Trace Minerals, 237 ml (8 fl oz)

Label details

The label gives 400 mg of magnesium per three servings, and lists the product as kosher, Non-GMO Project Verified and vegetarian/vegan. The bottle holds 237 ml (8 fl oz). NOW Foods has been family owned since 1968.

A concentrated mineral liquid

This is a mineral concentrate sourced from the Great Salt Lake and produced by solar evaporation. NOW states that the process removes 99% of the naturally occurring sodium and leaves 72 trace minerals in ionic form. It has nothing else added, and the brand notes that the taste is very strong.

How to use

Shake well before use. Take 1/4 teaspoon 3 times daily, mixed with juice or food to mask the strong, concentrated mineral flavour.
