The B-vitamin group together in one capsule
Each capsule combines thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamin B6 with folic acid, biotin and vitamin B12. Inositol and choline are listed in the formula too, so one daily capsule replaces several separate B-vitamin products.
Vegetable capsules in amber glass
The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose rather than gelatine, and the capsules come in a recyclable amber glass bottle. Solgar says it makes its vitamins in small batches to help keep each bottle consistent.
How long a bottle lasts
At one capsule a day, the 100 capsules last a little over three months. The pack measures about 12.7 x 6.6 x 7.1 cm, so it fits easily in a cupboard.
How to use
As a food supplement for adults, take one capsule a day. Solgar suggests taking B vitamins with a meal.
