The suggested use is four tablets daily, preferably with a meal, giving 400 mg of magnesium in total. The bottle of 250 tablets therefore lasts about 62 days. The tablets also contain microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, silica, vegetable glycerin and titanium dioxide as a colour.

Adults take 4 tablets daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
