Product details
Pack size and timing
The bottle holds 180 hypromellose capsules and the suggested amount is one capsule a day, so a bottle lasts around six months. The brand suggests taking it 30-60 minutes before bedtime, and notes that taking extra servings may have a laxative effect.
How to use
Take 1 capsule daily, ideally 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Additional servings may be taken if desired, but excessive magnesium intake may cause a laxative effect.
