Zero Sugar Electrolyte Drink MixLMNT Zero Sugar Electrolyte Drink Mix Watermelon Salt 30 Count

A fruit flavour with a short ingredient list

Watermelon Salt has a short recipe: salt, citric acid, magnesium malate, potassium chloride and natural flavour, with no sweetener listed. LMNT aims its mixes at people who are training, fasting or following low-carb or keto eating.

What each stick provides

Every stick pack contains 1000 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium and 60 mg magnesium. The sodium comes from salt, the potassium from potassium chloride and the magnesium from magnesium malate.

The box holds 30 stick packs, easy to carry in a gym bag or keep at your desk, and measures about 8 x 11 x 17 cm. Stir one into still or sparkling water, tea or a smoothie.

How to use

Mix one stick pack with 16 to 32 US fluid ounces (about 470 to 950 ml) of water, sparkling water, tea, a smoothie or similar.
