Hydration MultiplierLiquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier Popsicle Firecracker, 16 Sticks

Electrolytes and B vitamins in a fruit-blend drink

Each stick turns plain water into a lemon-lime, tart cherry and raspberry flavoured electrolyte drink. The manufacturer says a serving contains three times the electrolytes of the leading sports drink, plus eight vitamins and nutrients, including 100% of the daily value of vitamins B3, B5, B6 and B12. Vitamin C is also on the ingredient list.

Portioned for the gym bag or the desk drawer

The powder comes in 16 single-serving sticks, so there is no scoop to measure and nothing to decant. Each packet is easy to tear open, which makes it a practical option for travel, workouts or long days away from home.

What the formula leaves out

The manufacturer describes the mix as non-GMO, gluten free, soy free and dairy free, with no artificial colours. It is sweetened with cane sugar and dextrose alongside stevia leaf extract, so it is not a sugar-free product.

How to use

Empty one stick into 16 oz (about 475 ml) of water, then stir or shake until dissolved and drink.

Before you choose
