Besides ascorbic acid, the capsules use only microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose and vegetable magnesium stearate. The label says there is no artificial flavour, sweetener, preservative or colour. Suggested use is one or two capsules a day, preferably with meals.

How to use

Adults take 1 vegetable capsule 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
