Probiotic DefenseNOW Foods Probiotic Defense, 90 Veg Capsules

Thirteen strains in a fermented base

The blend combines 13 active bacterial strains in a fermented whole food base, with FOS (fructo-oligosaccharide) also included. The label states that the strains have been identity-verified using DNA-fingerprinting technology.

Capsule details and pack size

The capsules are cellulose, so they are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and are labelled kosher and non-GMO. NOW has been family owned since 1968. The directions build up gradually from one capsule a day to three, so a 90-capsule bottle lasts between one and three months.

How to use

Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with water, preferably on an empty stomach. Start with 1 capsule per day and gradually increase to 3 capsules per day.
