Biofilm Defense is described by the brand as a combination of unique enzymes. Because it contains no significant amount of protease, the label says it can be taken on an empty stomach.

Label details

The label notes it is gluten free, cGMP manufactured and Ultra Tested. The enzymes are grown on fermentation media containing wheat and soy, so it may contain undetectable trace amounts of these. It is free of milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts and sesame.

How to use

Take one capsule daily, or as directed by a physician. The label says it is formulated for adults and children aged four and over; for children under four, consult a physician.
