Whole saffron stigma rather than an extract

Saffron is a culinary herb that people have used for centuries. NOW uses whole saffron stigma powder here, not an extract, and the label gives the crocin content as 10%. It is described as non-GMO, vegetarian and vegan, from a family-owned company that has operated since 1968.

Capsule size and how long a bottle lasts

Each vegetable capsule holds 50 mg of saffron. At the suggested 1 capsule twice daily, a bottle of 60 lasts around 30 days.
