ADAM Superior Men's MultiNOW Foods ADAM Superior Men's Multi, 60 Tablets

A men's multi with added extracts

ADAM is NOW Foods' multivitamin for men, and it goes beyond vitamins and minerals by adding saw palmetto, lycopene, alpha lipoic acid and CoQ10. It also includes resveratrol and grape seed extract, and is listed as vegetarian or vegan, kosher and halal.

Fewer fillers, more room for nutrients

The brand's approach is to keep excipients to a low level so that more of each tablet is taken up by the active nutrients. The suggested serving is two tablets with food, so a bottle of 60 tablets provides 30 servings.

How to use

Take two tablets daily with food.
