Marine CollagenVital Proteins Marine Collagen, Unflavoured, 221 g (7.8 oz)

One-ingredient collagen powder

This is a single-ingredient powder made from collagen peptides sourced from cod. It has no added sugar, artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours, so it is meant to be stirred into the drinks and foods you already have.

Serving size and labelling

A serving is three level tablespoons, which gives 12 g of collagen peptides and 0 g of sugar. The label notes that collagen is not a complete protein, and the product is listed as Non-GMO Project Verified and gluten free. Contents are sold by weight, so some settling is normal.

How to use

Use three level tablespoons in total, either all at once or through the day, and mix thoroughly into your favourite food or drink. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if the safety seal is broken.
