Alongside the vitamins and minerals, each tablet contains black pepper extract (Piper nigrum) as well as turmeric root extract. The core nutrients include vitamins B12, C and D3, biotin, zinc, magnesium, calcium and iron.

The manufacturer says every supplement is produced in its own laboratories in Oxford or Yorkshire, which hold BRC grade AA accreditation. The tablets have a hydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating.

Six months from one pack

At one tablet a day, 180 tablets last about six months. The pack measures roughly 6 x 6 x 10 cm, small enough for a kitchen cupboard or desk drawer.
