ADAM Superior Men's Multi NOW Foods ADAM Superior Men's Multi, 90 Veg Capsules

A multivitamin with added extras

ADAM is a men's multi that goes beyond the basics. On top of its vitamins and minerals, the label lists saw palmetto, lycopene, alpha lipoic acid and CoQ10, plus resveratrol and grape seed extract.

Fewer additives, three capsules a day

NOW says the formula was designed with the lowest levels of excipients it could manage, which leaves more room for the nutrients themselves. The serving is three capsules with food, so a 90-capsule bottle lasts 30 days. The capsules are vegetarian and vegan, and the product is kosher and halal.

How to use

Take three capsules daily with food.
