These gummies are designed for teenagers aged 13 and over, as a step up from children's vitamins. They contain vitamins A, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, D2 and E alongside biotin, folic acid, iodine, zinc and chromium, plus choline and inositol. The vitamin D is in the D2 form, ergocalciferol.

Chewed instead of swallowed

The gummies are set with pectin and have a natural berry taste, with colour from anthocyanins. Horbäach states they are palm oil free, vegan and vegetarian friendly, with no artificial colours, preservatives or sweetener. Glucose syrup and sugar are the first listed ingredients.

A month's supply

The serving is two gummies a day, so the bottle of 60 lasts about a month. The bottle measures about 6 x 6 x 11 cm, and the label may differ from the photos while packaging is updated.
