Ultimate OmegaNordic Naturals Ultimate Omega Great Lemon 180 Soft Gels (640 mg per Soft Gel)

Fish oil in re-esterified triglyceride form

Ultimate Omega is made from purified deep sea anchovies, sardines, mackerel and herring, in re-esterified triglyceride form. A serving of two soft gels gives 1,280 mg of omega-3s, and each soft gel holds 640 mg, with a lemon flavour.

Quality and sourcing details

The brand describes the fish oil as coming from sustainably caught wild fish, with Friend of the Sea certified sustainable status, third-party purity testing and Igen non-GMO testing. The soft gel is made from gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegetarians. It is flavoured with natural flavour, with rosemary extract and rrr-alpha tocopherol as antioxidants.

Pack size and daily amount

The suggested use is two soft gels a day, which means a pack of 180 soft gels lasts 90 days. A higher intake of four soft gels a day would last 45 days.

How to use

Adults take two soft gels daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. For a higher intake, take two soft gels twice daily with food.
