Ultimate Omega-D3Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega-D3, Lemon, 60 Soft Gels

Flavour and form

Nordic Naturals gives the soft gels a lemon flavour and says the oil is in re-esterified triglyceride form with no fishy aftertaste. Rosemary extract is added as a natural preservative, and the label states there is no gluten, milk derivatives or synthetic dyes.

Testing and pack size

The manufacturer states the oil is third-party purity tested, Non-GMO tested by Igen and certified sustainable by Friend of the Sea. A bottle of 60 soft gels gives 30 servings at two a day.

How to use

Adults take two soft gels daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional. The label also gives an option of two soft gels twice daily with food.
