This liquid uses Vitashine D3, a vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) from lichen, in a base of medium chain triglycerides from coconut oil. The label describes it as certified vegan, with an Igen non-GMO tested seal, and a dropper is included for dosing.

Flavour and servings

The Great Apple flavour comes from natural flavour. The label gives 1,000 IU of D3 per 0.5 ml, and the 30 ml bottle holds 60 of those doses. It contains no gluten, milk derivatives, wheat, soy or synthetic dyes.

How to use
