How to use

Adults: take two soft gels daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Before you choose

The soft gel shell contains gelatin and the oil comes from fish, so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Consult your physician before use if you have a known medical condition or take medication, including blood thinners. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Do not take if the tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. US-market product: packaging and label wording may differ from UK versions. Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision.
