Omega-3 Nordic Naturals Omega-3 Lemon, 60 Soft Gels (345 mg per Soft Gel)

Triglyceride-form omega-3 in fish gelatin

The omega-3 comes from purified deep sea fish oil from anchovies and sardines, processed in Norway and delivered in the triglyceride form. The soft gel shell is fish gelatin from tilapia, so it suits pescatarian diets, and the lemon flavour is natural.

Quality marks on the label

The brand states the fish oil is third-party purity tested, Friend of the Sea certified sustainable and Non-GMO tested by Igen. Antioxidant rrr-alpha tocopherol and rosemary extract are used as natural preservatives.

Pack contents

Each soft gel contains 345 mg of omega-3, so the suggested two soft gels give 690 mg. The 60 count bottle therefore holds 30 servings.

How to use

Adults take two soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
